FSA publishes consultation on framework for the consumer credit regime

January business insolvency figures hit lowest rate since June 2007 (Experian)
The latest Insolvency Index from Experian®, the global information services company, reveals a significant drop in the rate of business insolvencies in January 2013, as it hits its lowest level since June 2007.

Multiple retailers closures reach 20 stores a day on average across Great Britain’s town centres in 2012, says PwC and Local Data Company analysis
From a net increase in 2009 of 1.2%, multiple retailers have for the second consecutive year shown a decline in their numbers from -0.25% in 2011 to -2.7% in 2012.
